Day 01 Delhi Arrival
Taj Tiger and Temples Tour kick starts with your arrival at the Delhi International airport from where you will be escorted by our tour representative to the hotel where your night stay is stipulated.
Day 02 Delhi
On the second day of the Taj Tiger and Temples Tour, you will be embarking on a city sightseeing tour post breakfast. Your sightseeing jaunt will be initiated with a visit to the Laxmi Narayan Temple, followed by India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House and Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Purana Quila and Jantar Mantar. You will also get the opportunity to pay your homage at Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. You will be spending the night at the hotel.
Day 03 Delhi / Agra
The third day of the tour will find yourself hitting the road for Agra which will take you about four hours. Along the way, we will be halting at Sikandara. After reaching Agra, you need to check into the hotel where you will be spending the night.
Day 04 Agra / Bharatpur
Day 4 will keep you busy. In the morning you will be taking a sightseeing tour of the Mughal city. The sight of the Taj will leave you spell bound. This is followed by a visit to the imposing Agra Fort and the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula.
Afternoon will find you approaching Bharatpur. On the way, you will be stopping at Fatehpur Sikri. You will also get to see the Jama Masjid and Buland Darwaza which is the largest gateway of the world, Jodha Bai's historical palace, Birbal Bhavan and Panch Mahal. After your arrival, you will be checking into the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 05 Bharatpur / Jaipur
On the fifth day of the Taj Tiger and Temples Tour, you will be visiting the "Keoladeo Ghana National Park" Bird Sanctuary, early in the morning. The sanctuary enjoys the distinction of being Asia's biggest bird sanctuary that provides asylum to a wide range of birds. You will be able to enjoy Rickshaw Rides that w2ill help you watch birds in a better way. You will be proceeding towards Ranthambore in the afternoon. After your arrival in Ranthambore, you need to check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 06 Jaipur
Day 6 is primarily devoted to a guided tour of Jaipur. You will be able to bask in the beauty of the Amber Fort from close quarters. You will immensely enjoy a joyride on the back of an elephant. Visit Palace of Winds or Hawa Mahal, followed by a sightseeing tour of the Jantar - Mantar (the Royal Observatory), City Palace and Bazaar. You need to spend the night at the hotel.
Day 07 Jaipur - Ranthambore.
After enjoying a filling breakfast, you will be taking a tour to the Ranthambore national park which is incorporated under "Project Tiger" and celebrated for its diverse species of animals. Your arrival is followed by a checking in at the hotel. You will be visiting the Ranthambore Fort in the evening. Your night stay is scheduled at this place.
Day 08 Ranthambhore
The eighth day of the tour is largely devoted to game viewing during the morning and afternoon inside the jungle. You have to return to the hotel for the night.
Day 09: Ranthambore - Jabalpur by train (Dep. 1920 Arr. 0915)
The ninth day also has in store some game viewing in the park. After your afternoon departure, you will be directly transferred to the railway station from where you will be boarding the train bound for Jabalpur. The night is to be spent on board the train.
Day 10: Jabalpur - Kanha
After your arrival at Jabalpur, you will be received by the concerned personnel and proceed subsequently for Kanha National Park. You can spend the rest of the day in a way you wish.
Day 11: Kanha
The eleventh day of the Taj Tiger and Temples Tour has some thrill in store for you. Jeep safari during morning and evening at Kanha would allow you to engage in tiger tracking and bird watching, apart from exploring the wildlife reserve of this park. The night is to be spent at the wildlife resort.
Day 12: Kanha - Bandhavgarh
On Day 12, you will be leaving for the Bandhavgarh National Park. You will be reaching the place by noon. You can avail of the jeeps to visit the park in the afternoon for tiger tracking. Your night stay is scheduled at the wildlife resort.
Day 13: Bandhavgarh
This day is devoted to your enjoyment of the elephant safari within the park. You have to come back to the wild life resort for night stay.
Day 14: Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho
After having your breakfast, you will be heading to Khajuraho via road. The afternoon is left free for you to engage the activities of your own. The night is to be spent at the hotel.
Day 15: Khajuraho
On the fifteenth day of the Tour of Taj Tiger with Temples, we will accompany you on a guided tour to The Eastern and Western Group of Chandela Temples. The night is to be spent at the hotel.
Day 16: Khajuraho - Varanasi
On this day, you will be flying to Varanasi in the afternoon. At Varanasi, you will be embarking on a walking tour of some Ghats along with the narrow back lanes that help you get a feel of the pulse of this sacred city.
Day 17: Varanasi
Early in the morning of the seventeenth day, you will be enjoying exhilarating boat rides on the river Ganges to observe the sacred rituals on Ghats. Later in the day, you will be taken to Sarnath, which is the place where Lord Buddha had delivered his foremost sermon. In the evening, you will be going to the Ganges to experience the "Aarti" performance. The night stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 18: Varanasi Delhi
You will be spending a relaxing morning by the side of the pool. In the afternoon you will be checking out of the hotel and will be transferred to the airport to board the connecting flight for Delhi. On your arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 19: Delhi Departure
The nineteenth day brings us to the close of the tour. You will be transferred to the International airport after your departure from the hotel. From the airport, you can board a flight bound for your onward destination.
